Our business support services are extensive. We are available to assist busy entrepreneurs, coaches and holistic health teachers with various aspects of their business and personal lives.

FAQs

Monthly retainer package hours are carried over for a maximum of 30 days. If you are unable to fill all your hours we would recommend reducing the size of your monthly retainer to better suit your needs.

This is not a problem! If we need to adjust your hours lower or higher we are happy to do so with 30 days’ notice. In the case of an increase in hours, we will advise if we have the capacity beforehand.

You are not bound contractually. Out of respect for both parties and to allow for planning we request a 30 days notice period on cancelling your monthly retainer package.

Inbox management will be done on our side. We will need your email credentials which can be provided by your relevant service provider. Your inbox is then loaded onto our PC so that we can manage it for you. If you’d like us to manage another alias/version of your email address we are able to do that for you as well in the same manner.

We highly recommend using a password sharer such as Lastpass.com to share passwords with us.

We use Asana however we are happy to use what you are already using if Asana is not your preference.
