What started as a side project between two longtime friends has grown into a trusted support team helping female entrepreneurs manage the admin, systems and tech that keep their businesses running.
For more than a decade, we've worked together through business ownership, career changes, motherhood and growth. Today, we bring that experience to every client we support.
OUR STORY
We first met in high school and have worked together for more than 15 years.
Long before The Virtual Studio existed, we built and ran a printing business together, learning firsthand what it takes to manage clients, juggle responsibilities, solve problems and keep a business moving forward.
When the industry began to change, we found ourselves at a crossroads. We knew we wanted to build something that combined our strengths in organisation, systems, client support and operations.
In 2019, The Virtual Studio was born.
What started as a side hustle quickly became a full-time business, allowing us to support founders doing incredible work while building a business that aligned with our own values and families.
Today, we partner with wellness professionals, educators, coaches and service providers who need reliable support behind the scenes so they can focus on serving their clients.
